Montgomery Shillington Barristers & Solicitors is a litigation firm in Woodstock, Ontario, taking on files across Southwestern Ontario. Monte Shillington opened the Woodstock office in 2004, after several years practicing commercial litigation in association with a large firm in London, Ontario. Shillington earned an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993 and a BA (Hons) from McGill University in 1989.

The firm's practice centers on commercial litigation, including the collection of unpaid invoices and disputes between business owners, along with construction litigation such as perfecting construction liens and resolving deficiency claims. Montgomery Shillington also handles bankruptcy litigation for creditors and debtors, employment and labour law, human rights matters, and landlord and tenant disputes, including commercial provincial offences and small claims litigation.

The firm's four lawyers bring a range of backgrounds. Michael Odumodu holds a law degree from the University of Buckingham in the UK and a political science degree from Western University. James Spiroff, who joined as a litigation associate in 2015 after articling at a large Southwestern Ontario firm, practices civil and commercial litigation alongside labour and employment law. Alex Macdonald, who started at the firm as a law student in 2016 before articling and becoming an associate lawyer, served as an Aerospace Control Operator with NORAD prior to a legal career.
