Ian R. Blain Law Professional Corporation, known as IRB Law, is a general practice firm on King Street East in Ingersoll, Ontario, in Oxford County, with a long-standing presence in the town. The firm takes its name from Ian R. Blain, who earned a law degree from Queen's University after a bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and has since retired. IRB Law handles real estate, corporate and business law, wills, estate planning and administration, family law, and notary and commissioner for oaths work for Ingersoll and the surrounding county.

Craig J. Potter joined the firm in 2011, a year after being called to the bar in 2010, following a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario Law School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo. Potter focuses on family law, estate administration, wills and powers of attorney, and real estate, and serves as secretary of the Family Law Association of Oxford County. Amanda M. Howlett joined in 2020 after earlier real estate work at a Toronto firm, following a 2015 call to the bar and degrees from Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Western Ontario. Howlett now handles real estate, wills, estate planning, and corporate law, and sits on the board of the Ingersoll Chamber of Commerce.
