Windle Law Firm is a small law practice on McLeod Street in downtown Ottawa, working in real estate, wills and estates, and business and corporate law. The firm's website dates its history to 1922, putting more than a century of practice behind the current team. Its real estate work spans residential and commercial transactions, construction law, and land and zoning matters, while its wills and estates practice covers estate planning, probate, elder law, trusts, and estate litigation. On the business side, the firm handles formation, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance for local clients.

The practice is led by Thomas J. Windle, a barrister and solicitor who has practiced law since 1986 after earning a law degree from the University of Ottawa and a commerce degree from the University of Windsor. Windle has taught courses for the Ontario Real Estate Association and belongs to the County of Carleton Law Association. Associate Sara Kardish, called to the Ontario bar in 2009, joined the firm in 2012 and practices in corporate law, wills and estates, real estate, and civil litigation.
