Kerry Fox Family Law is a solo family law practice based in Nepean, in Ottawa's west end, serving clients in Kanata and across the wider region out to Pembroke, Perth and Brockville. The practice is limited to family law, covering separation agreements, contested and uncontested divorce, child custody and access, child support, spousal support and property division. Kerry Fox describes the goal as helping clients reach the financial settlement they're entitled to and, where there are children, a custody and access schedule they can live with, and is upfront that the firm isn't the right fit for clients with unrealistic views about legal costs, timelines or likely outcomes.

Alongside full representation, the firm offers unbundled services for clients who want to handle their own case but need help with a specific step, such as reviewing financial disclosure, preparing for a court hearing, or drafting pleadings and affidavits under a limited retainer. That unbundled option doesn't extend to reviewing separation agreements that were drafted outside the firm. Clients can book Saturday and after hours appointments in addition to regular weekday hours, and the office at 90 Centrepointe Drive has free parking at the back of the building.
