Allan Snelling LLP is a community law firm based in Kanata, in Ottawa's west end. The firm moved into its current office at 260 Hearst Way, Suite 102, in November 2023. It's a small full service practice built around two partners, an associate lawyer, and an articling student, supported by law clerks and an office manager. The firm's work covers business law, civil litigation and dispute resolution, employment law, personal injury, wills and estates, and statutory and regulatory defence, and it describes its business clients as including many of Kanata's small and medium sized family, technology, and not for profit organizations.

Partner J. Robert Allan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Carleton University and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and was called to the bar in 1988; the practice focuses on business transactions, succession planning, and incorporations, including for medical and dental professionals. Partner Patrick Snelling earned a law degree from the University of British Columbia, was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 1996, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2000, with a civil litigation practice in business disputes, personal injury, and insurance matters. Lawyer Rebecca Cooke, admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2024 after articling in Toronto, practices general civil litigation alongside personal injury, wills and estates, and employment law files.
