Dimitrov Law Professional Corporation is a business law firm in Ottawa, founded by Atanas Dimitrov. The firm advises entrepreneurs, employers, and property buyers and sellers on corporate law and incorporation, contract negotiation, employment matters, business dispute resolution, real estate closings, and wills and estates, serving Ottawa and nearby communities including Westboro, Nepean, Kanata, Barrhaven, and Stittsville.

Dimitrov was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024, after articling at TAAG Law in Ottawa and later returning to that firm as associate counsel. Dimitrov holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, with a focus on international law and a term as a senior editor of the Ottawa Law Review, along with a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Carleton University's Norman Paterson School of International Affairs. Before law school, Dimitrov spent more than a decade managing a family-owned business in Ottawa, then worked at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, contributing to defence procurement files including the LC4ISR program. Dimitrov speaks English and Bulgarian, and that business background now shapes a commercially focused approach to legal work.
