About Crepin Law

Crepin Law is a small real estate, corporate, and wills and estates firm on Hawthorne Avenue in Ottawa. Jean-Nicholas Crepin, who goes by JN, heads the practice. Crepin graduated from the University of Ottawa's Civil Law Program in 2003, completed the university's National Program in Common Law in 2004, and was called to the Bar of Quebec and the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario) in early 2006. Originally from Montreal, Crepin serves clients in English and French and focuses mainly on residential, commercial, and condominium real estate transactions, along with wills, estate planning, and business incorporations.

Associate lawyer Francois Gamache-Asselin handles estate planning, wills, and powers of attorney. Gamache-Asselin completed the University of Ottawa's French Common Law Program and was called to the Bar of Ontario in early 2022, after earning a degree in Health Sciences at the same university. Erin Borowski is the firm's real estate legal assistant and also holds a mortgage agent license, and has been a real estate legal assistant since 2016. Crepin Law offers a free initial consultation and quotes real estate fees on a case by case basis rather than posting a flat rate.
