Wilson, Opatovsky is a two-lawyer general practice firm in downtown Port Colborne, on the Niagara Peninsula. The practice traces back to 1948, when Beverley Davies established a law office in the city, and William Ebert joined in the 1950s. The firm took its current name in 1996, when partners Margaret Opatovsky and Christopher E. H. Wilson took it over, giving the practice more than 60 years of legal service in Port Colborne.

Wilson, a Port Colborne native, earned a law degree from Western University in 1978 and practiced in Toronto until 1987, then returned to join the firm. The practice now covers real estate, estate administration, wills and trusts, and corporate commercial work. Opatovsky, also born and raised in Port Colborne, has practiced law since 1991 and focuses on family law, wills and estates, and real estate, and has practiced collaborative family law since 2001, having helped found Collaborative Practice Niagara.

In family law, the firm works through negotiation and collaborative practice rather than litigation, aiming to keep separations and divorces as low conflict as possible. Its other work spans marriage contracts, uncontested divorces, adoption, business incorporations and commercial leases, and estate administration including probate and estate accounting.
