About VS Law Professional Corporation

VS Law Professional Corporation is a small law firm based in downtown London, Ontario, working out of London City Centre on Wellington Street. Principal lawyer Vikas Sharma leads the firm's real estate, corporate, wills and estates, immigration and notarization work, and is joined by associate lawyer Sania Rashid, whose practice focuses largely on clients in the Greater Toronto Area. Sharma earned a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Law in 2017, after an honours degree in sociology and criminology from the same university, and articled at a mid-sized London firm before becoming a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Rashid earned a J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2020, following an honours degree in criminology and socio-legal studies from the University of Toronto, and articled at a small Toronto firm handling insurance defence, fraud investigations and tribunal appeals.

The firm serves clients in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu, drawing on Sharma's and Rashid's own language backgrounds.
