About OCS Law

OCS Law is a small corporate and commercial law firm in London, Ontario, with more than 15 years of experience in corporate, commercial, contract, real estate, and wills and estates law. Managing partner Osvaldo C. Sousa founded the firm to work closely with corporate and private clients across Canada. The practice covers business formation and restructuring, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, negotiation and mediation, commercial transactions, real estate transactions, employment and labour law, alternative dispute resolution, and wills and estate planning, all from a suite on Richmond Street in downtown London.

The team includes dual-licensed experience in Ontario and Brazil. Legal assistant Marina C. Sousa is a foreign-trained lawyer admitted to the bar in Brazil, with over a decade of experience in corporate-commercial matters, contract drafting, and real estate law. That background supports OCS Law's work on cross-border commercial matters between Canada and Brazil, and the firm coordinates with other lawyers abroad when a matter needs on-the-ground expertise outside its own jurisdictions.
