Before opening the practice, Sadiq-Soneye worked at the London courthouse as a court reporter, clerk, and registrar, and has served as an adjudicator with the Refugee Protection Division of Canada's Immigration and Refugee Board, hearing refugee protection claims from people from more than 40 countries.
