Kevin Egan Law is a solo personal injury practice in downtown London, Ontario, run by lawyer Kevin Egan through Kevin A. Egan Law Professional Corporation. Egan spent years as a partner at McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP in London before setting up an independent practice under the firm's own name. The practice covers traditional personal injury work alongside what it calls Charter Torts, a newer area that seeks damages for people harmed in custody or by police conduct under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Egan's Charter Torts work grew out of a 2009 death at the Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre and led to class action litigation over conditions at that facility, which settled for $42,183,607.92. Egan also argued a limitation period question in Winmill v. Woodstock (Police Services Board) before the Ontario Court of Appeal, a decision later cited favourably in 58 other Canadian court cases. Outside the courtroom, Egan is a student of genealogy who traces family roots back roughly 12 centuries to the hereditary brehon lawyers of Ireland, and has served as an elected Vice-President of the Egan Clan since 2008.
