Kelly Law is a general practice firm in London, Ontario, built around wills and estates, real estate, and small business work. Its website runs on the domain forestcitylawyers.com, a nod to London's long-time nickname, the Forest City. The firm's roots go back to 1978, when Tom Kelly was called to the Ontario bar and opened a first law firm in the city with a classmate. Tom Kelly practiced corporate, commercial, real estate, wills, and estate planning law in London for 40 years before retiring in 2020, when the practice passed to Alex Kelly.

Alex Kelly, the firm's principal lawyer, grew up in London, studied computing at the University of Guelph, then law at the University of Western Ontario, and was called to the bar in 2012 after articling at Kelly Hayes & Kilpatrick, a predecessor London firm. Kelly Law's other lawyers, Katelyn Parry and Michaela De Groot, both studied law at the University of Ottawa and joined the firm in 2022 and 2025. Between wills, real estate closings, and business incorporations, including for charitable organizations such as churches, mosques, temples, and synagogues, the firm covers a broad slice of everyday legal work for London clients, plus real estate files elsewhere in Ontario and in cottage country to the north.
