About JTOverholt

JTOverholt is a solo law practice in downtown London, Ontario, founded by lawyer Jordan Overholt. Overholt was born and raised in London and went on to earn an Honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Western Ontario before studying law at Queen's University. Overholt then worked for several years with experienced counsel on real estate, corporate, commercial, succession planning, family, and civil litigation files before opening an independent practice tailored to the London community.

The firm concentrates on real estate, business, family, and criminal defence law, a broad combination for a one lawyer office. Overholt has completed thousands of residential and commercial real estate purchase, sale, and refinance transactions and has drafted agreements ranging from purchase contracts to trusts, joint ventures, and leases, along with succession planning work for clients. Overholt belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Middlesex Law Association, and completed the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University, then known as Ryerson University, as part of its 2014/2015 cohort, training with a firm in Markdale, Ontario.
