Dean spent two decades as a police officer with the London Police Service, earning a Bachelor of Law degree from Western University in 2010 before leaving the force to practice law. That policing background included work as an expert witness in narcotics matters, a crisis negotiator, a breath technician in impaired driving cases, and a collision reconstructionist, experience that now feeds directly into the firm's criminal defence work.
