Farquhar Law Criminal Defence is a small criminal defence firm based in downtown London, Ontario, with its office on the third floor at 184 York Street. The firm is led by Michelle Farquhar, a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Criminal Lawyers' Association, and the Middlesex Law Association. Farquhar holds a law degree from Leicester University Law School in England and a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology from Kings College, and completed articles under a London criminal lawyer who went on to be appointed to the Ontario Court of Justice in 2022.

The firm handles a broad range of criminal matters, from impaired driving and drug offences to sexual offences, domestic offences, firearms and weapons charges, and youth charges, and it describes its approach in three stages: analyzing and strategizing a case, negotiating with the Crown, and advocacy at trial if a matter proceeds that far.
