Eastwood O'Reilly Law Offices is a family, employment, and wills and estates practice in Brockville, Ontario, where James N. Eastwood and Jennifer A. O'Reilly practise in association rather than as formal partners. Eastwood earned a law degree from the University of Toronto in 1989, articled with Nelligan Power in Ottawa, and joined Brockville's Stewart Corbett Law Offices in 1992, before founding Eastwood Law Offices in 2013. O'Reilly, a Queen's University law graduate called to the Ontario bar in 2012, had already worked alongside Eastwood through university, law school, and articling, moving through Stewart Corbett, Eastwood Law Offices, and Henderson Eastwood Tuck along the way. It wasn't until June 2021 that the two settled into their current office on Court House Square and took on the Eastwood O'Reilly name.

The practice's focus doesn't stray far from those three areas: family law, from separation agreements and custody to spousal support and property division; employment law for both employees and employers; and wills, estate planning, and powers of attorney. Eastwood holds a Certificate in Family Law Mediation from York University and trained in collaborative negotiation. O'Reilly chairs the Leeds & Grenville Law Association's family law section and sits on the Office of the Children's Lawyer's Personal Rights Panel, and both lawyers serve as panel members for the provincial Family Responsibility Office.
