Fasano, McDonald, & Le is a Kingston, Ontario law firm built around three lawyers, Tina Fasano, Lindy McDonald, and Al Le, who together bring more than 30 years of combined experience across family law, employment law, wills and estates, mediation, and real estate. The firm describes a client-centred philosophy that tries to balance compassion with professionalism, since many of the matters it handles, separation, custody disputes, and estate planning among them, are ones clients often find difficult.

Fasano has practised family law in Kingston for more than 25 years and is a fully accredited mediator, a credential held by only a small number of lawyers in the city. Fasano also chaired the Family Law Section and the Collaborative Family Law Group in Kingston. McDonald holds a Master of Laws degree and works across family law, employment law, and wills and estates, and the firm offers bilingual legal services. Le studied at the University of Western Ontario, Humber College, and Queen's University before earning a law degree at the University of Ottawa, and grew up in Kingston. The office is on Princess Street, near the Kingston Centre.
