Tekenos-Levy Law is a Kingston based criminal defence practice run by Jordan Tekenos-Levy, who was born and raised in Kingston and studied law in both Canada and the United Kingdom. Tekenos-Levy holds a bachelor's degree in criminology from Saint Mary's University, a master's degree in international politics from the University of Glasgow, and a law degree from the University of Edinburgh. After articling under barrister Richard J. Aitken and Justice Nathan N. Baker, Tekenos-Levy was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2016 and has practiced criminal law exclusively since, appearing regularly before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.

On May 1, 2026, the Law Society of Ontario designated Tekenos-Levy a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law. Tekenos-Levy also serves as a federal prosecutor, handling Controlled Drugs and Substances Act matters on behalf of the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, while maintaining a private practice defending clients charged under the Criminal Code across Ontario. Mark W. Cardy, a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, works alongside Tekenos-Levy from the same office, providing trial advocacy support and handling Highway Traffic Act matters, and also operates a separate practice, Cardy Legal Services, focused on Highway Traffic Act cases.
