Tyler J. Wagg Professional Corporation is a general solicitor's practice in Lindsay, serving the City of Kawartha Lakes and surrounding areas. The firm traces back to 2008, when Robert J. Nagel acquired the practice of John D. Walden, and it became Robert J. Nagel Professional Corporation. Walden remained as counsel until December 2017. Tyler Wagg articled with Nagel at Whitford & Nagel Associates and, after being called to the bar in June 2013, returned to work with Nagel as a licensed solicitor. Wagg joined the firm permanently in the spring of 2017 to take over the real estate files, while Rosemary T. Walden joined in January 2018 to continue the wills, estates, and corporate work before retiring in March 2019. Wagg acquired ownership of the practice in September 2025 and renamed it Tyler J. Wagg Professional Corporation.

Wagg holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario, obtained in 2012 after an undergraduate double major in sociology and criminology at the same school.
