Wallace Law is a solo corporate and commercial practice based in Hamilton, Ontario, founded by Moira Wallace. The firm describes itself as a mobile, virtual and in-house legal service for small and medium-sized businesses, offering the legal advice of a traditional law firm at a lower cost and without billing for every minute. Wallace Law works with companies of any size on contract drafting and negotiation, incorporations and corporate governance, employment and labour matters, and mergers and acquisitions, along with notary public and commissioner of oaths services.

Wallace Law's founder built the practice after more than fifteen years in corporate and commercial law, work that began on Bay Street at Cassels Brock LLP in Toronto in private practice, moving from litigation into corporate and commercial law, including aircraft finance, commercial lending and shareholder agreements. Wallace went on to serve as Canadian General Counsel for Azurix North America (later American Water) and then for Wolseley Canada, before being downsized in 2008 amid the global economic downturn and starting Wallace Law. Wallace holds a BA and an MA from Carleton University and an LLB from Windsor Law School, and the firm was profiled in the Business Link newspaper in April 2011.
