Ingrassia Macaluso Associates is a small general practice firm in downtown Hamilton that has served clients across the Greater Hamilton and Toronto area for more than four decades. The firm has one office, on John Street South, and its three lawyers work in real estate, wills and estates, corporate and commercial law, and civil litigation, with particular depth in estate litigation. Jerry Ingrassia, a lifelong Hamilton resident, studied at McMaster University before earning a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and being called to the Ontario bar in 1974. Charles Macaluso, also born and raised in Hamilton, holds a B.Sc. from McMaster and a law degree from Osgoode Hall, articled at Agro, Zaffiro, and was called to the bar in 1987.

Paul Ingrassia joined the firm as a litigation lawyer after earning a law degree from the University of Windsor and being called to the Ontario bar in 2016. Paul's docket runs from general civil disputes to estate litigation, with appearances before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and Ontario's Court of Appeal. Outside the office, Charles Macaluso has sat on the board of Villa Italia Retirement Residence since 1992 and chaired it in 2008 and 2009, and Paul serves on Hamilton Law Association committees and as treasurer of the Sicilian Cultural Society of Hamilton.
