Sharon D. Davis & Associates is a solo estate law practice in Oakville, Ontario, founded in 2012. The firm handles wills, powers of attorney, and trusts, including testamentary and inter vivos trusts and Henson Trusts for beneficiaries with disabilities, along with estate freezes for corporate assets. It also takes on estate litigation, such as will challenges, trustee and attorney disputes, guardianship applications, and dependant support claims, plus the real estate transfers that estate administration and survivorship applications require.

Before opening the practice, Davis worked at a legal research publisher and then at a small Toronto firm focused on estates and trusts law, following an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1989 and a bachelor's degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 1991, Davis later trained formally in mediation, earning a Mediating Disputes certificate from the Harvard Negotiation Institute in 2019, a Certificate of Achievement from the International Chamber of Commerce's International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris in 2025, and an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall in 2023.

That training supports the firm's estate mediation practice, an alternative to court for families disputing a will or trust. Davis has also served the legal community as the Ontario Bar Association's Central West regional representative and audit committee chair, and as past president of the Women's Law Association of Ontario and the Estate Planners' Council of Halton.
