Morrison Williams is a family law firm in Oakville, Ontario that practices exclusively in family law. Partners Andrew Morrison and Rachel Williams cofounded the firm in 2017, and it's grown since then to include four associates alongside the two founders. Both partners trained at other Greater Toronto Area family law firms before starting their own practice together; Morrison articled at Feldstein Family Law Group and worked there as an associate for more than two years first.

The firm handles divorce, common law separation, division of property, parenting arrangements, and child and spousal support. Rather than treating court as the default, the lawyers describe moving between negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and collaborative family law depending on what fits the situation, and turning to litigation only when those routes don't resolve things. Morrison Williams works with clients in Oakville as well as Burlington, Milton, Mississauga, and Hamilton.

Andrew Morrison's law school paper on the legal definition of family won the Allan Falconer Memorial Award in Family Law and appeared in the Canadian Journal of Family Law. Rachel Williams is a member of the Peel Halton Collaborative Group and represents clients in the collaborative process.
