Selbie Louch Law Office is a small general practice firm in Haliburton, Ontario, serving Haliburton County in real estate, wills and estates, corporate and business law, and notarial and commissioning services. Raymond Selbie founded the firm in 1977, originally as the Law Office of Raymond G. Selbie. Selbie grew up in Toronto, earned an undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Toronto, and went on to law school at Western University. Selbie's own articling job was at a Lindsay firm that kept an office in Haliburton, and that posting led to becoming the firm's Haliburton representative and then settling in the town for good after being called to the bar that same year.

Patrick Louch joined the firm in 2017 and took over running it that same year, continuing the practice after Selbie's retirement in 2018. Louch holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting, and a Juris Doctor from Queen's University, and was called to the bar in 2016. Louch's family has lived in the county for generations, with roots in Haliburton and nearby Minden going back more than 75 years, a local connection Selbie has pointed to as part of why the practice built over four decades felt safe to hand over.
