Leifso & Leifso Professional Corporation is a two-lawyer firm in Hanover, Ontario, that has served the area for more than 30 years. Miller, a real estate and loan agent who served on Hanover's first village council in 1900 and later represented South Grey as a Liberal Member of Parliament from 1904 to 1911. A law or notarial practice has run from the same building for most of the time since: Mills and Paterson Notary Publics after Miller's 1916 death, John A. Paterson Notary Public from 1937, and Dean Leifso's practice after the building's purchase in 1995. The practice took the Leifso & Leifso name on May 1, 2012, when Corwin Leifso joined, and the building's late Victorian facade has changed little across all of that history.
