Ferris Celhoffer Professional Corporation is a general practice law firm that runs three small town offices in Grey and Simcoe counties: Flesherton and Dundalk, Ontario, in Grey County, and Creemore, Ontario, in Simcoe County. The firm serves clients across Grey, Bruce, Dufferin, and Simcoe counties. Its two lawyers, John L. Ferris and Megan L. Celhoffer, handle family law, real estate, wills and estates, corporate law, and civil litigation, and refer personal injury and other specialized matters to outside counsel. Ferris was called to the Ontario bar in 1975 after graduating from the University of Guelph and the University of Windsor School of Law. Celhoffer, a graduate of McMaster University and the University of Western Ontario School of Law, was called to the bar in 2006 and is now a partner in the firm.

Both lawyers trained as collaborative family lawyers and belong to the Collaborative Family Law Group of Grey-Bruce, and the firm offers mediation and arbitration alongside more traditional litigation. Ferris holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution and a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution, both from York University, and has trained other collaborative lawyers. Celhoffer is also a member of Collaborative Practice Simcoe County and a past president of the Grey County Law Association.
