Ferguson DiMeo Law is a small firm in St. Thomas, Ontario, structured as an association rather than a partnership. Don Ferguson and Sandra DiMeo each run an independent practice from the same office, covering St. Thomas and the rest of Elgin County, including Aylmer, Bayham, Central Elgin, Dutton Dunwich, Malahide, Southwold, and West Elgin. Ferguson's work centers on business law, real estate, and wills and estates, while DiMeo concentrates on personal injury, employment law, and civil litigation. The firm says DiMeo is currently the only lawyer in St. Thomas who practises personal injury law.

Ferguson is a lifelong Elgin County resident from a farming family and still combines the law practice with cash-crop farming. A law degree from the University of Windsor, earned in 1993, followed an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University, and Ferguson belongs to the Elgin Law Association. DiMeo earned a law degree from Western University in 1999, after an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics there, and belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Elgin Law Association, and the Middlesex Law Association.

The office is in the CASO Station on Talbot Street, the former Canada Southern Railway headquarters and passenger station, and now houses the firm's office in Suite 211.
