Arshia Law is a small, independent practice in St. Thomas, Ontario, handling family law, civil litigation, real estate, immigration, wills and estates, employment law, and notarial services and powers of attorney. The firm serves clients across Elgin, Oxford, and Middlesex Counties, with appointments available in person at its Talbot Street office or virtually across Ontario. Alongside full representation, Arshia Law offers unbundled, limited-scope services, so a client can retain the firm for one step in a matter, such as a document review or a court form, instead of paying for an entire file.

The firm's founding lawyer, Arshia, was called to the bar in Ontario and Manitoba in 2024, after earning a BCom.LLB (Honours) from Panjab University in 2018 and completing an NCA Certificate of Qualification in 2022. Courtroom experience began with litigation practice in India, and Canadian experience followed with a law firm in Winnipeg, Community Legal Aid in Windsor, a family law firm in London, and, most recently, Elgin Oxford Legal Clinic in St. Thomas. Arshia is listed on the Legal Aid Ontario roster for family law and works in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, which gives clients in the region a multilingual option for legal help.
