The Biji Law Professional Corporation is a small firm in Oshawa, founded by lawyer Dilpreet Singh, who was called to the Bar of Ontario on March 1, 2024. Before that, Singh's path into law ran through more than one jurisdiction and role: legal studies at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in New Delhi starting in 2015, a license to practice as an advocate in India in 2021, a move to Canada, and a period working as a licensed paralegal in Ontario from 2022 before completing the National Committee on Accreditation process and the provincial bar exams.

The firm's work centers on immigration law, covering Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Program applications, family and spousal sponsorship, study and work permits, permanent residence and citizenship applications, and appeals of refusals. It also handles residential and commercial real estate transactions, from purchase and sale to mortgage refinancing and leasing, and offers notary public services, including document notarization, commissioning of oaths, and mobile notary appointments.
