The Law Office of Olayinka Ekenkwo is a solo law practice in Ajax that brings its work to the local community and across the GTA. The firm handles employment law, wills and estates, real estate, citizenship and immigration, and notary public services, with a particular focus on workplace discrimination and harassment matters.

Olayinka Ekenkwo earned an LL.B. from Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, in 2008, then completed the Internationally Trained Lawyers' Program at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law to requalify in Canada. The Federation of Law Societies of Canada issued an NCA certificate in 2013, and Ekenkwo was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 2018. Before opening the practice, Ekenkwo worked in the Ontario Public Service's Workplace Discrimination and Harassment Prevention Office in Toronto, articled with the Crown Law Office, Civil at the Ministry of the Attorney General, and assisted Ministry of Labour counsel on Employment Standards Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act matters. Ekenkwo belongs to the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers, the Ontario Bar Association, the Black Female Lawyers Network, the Canadian Association of Nigerian Lawyers, and the Christian Legal Fellowship.
