Founder Andrew Elrick was born in Oshawa and grew up in Durham Region, then earned an honours undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University as an academic gold medallist and a law degree from Queen's University. Early career work at a Toronto insurance law firm, handling civil motions and fire and arson trials, was followed by more than twenty years at another Oshawa litigation firm before Andrew Elrick opened this practice.
