Doss Law Professional Corporation is a small Ontario firm founded in 2008 by Marlenne Doss, who was called to the bar in 2005 after an honours science degree from the University of Toronto and a law degree from Queen's University. Before opening the firm, Doss taught paralegal and law clerk courses, practiced immigration and refugee law, and worked at an intellectual property firm in Ottawa on corporate, trademark, patent, tribunal and Federal Court of Appeal matters. Since 2008 the firm has built a practice around wills and estates, immigration, real estate and corporate law, with appearances before the Ontario Superior Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Immigration and Refugee Board.

The firm's listed office is in Ajax, in Durham Region, and it describes itself as serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area and Durham. A second lawyer, Amy Taghavi-Tekieyeh, joined the firm and was called to the Ontario bar in 2025 after law degrees from the University of Kent and the University of Law in London, and is a candidate for the Trust and Estate Practitioner designation, focusing on wills, estate planning and estate administration. Between them the practice now covers wills and estate planning, estate administration, real estate, corporate and business law, tax planning, litigation, immigration, and notarizing and commissioning services.
