About Accessible Professionals

Accessible Professionals, also known as AP Cares, is a multidisciplinary counselling and legal practice based in Ajax, Ontario, with additional offices in Barrie and Greater Sudbury and virtual appointments serving clients across the province. Registered social worker Tyfanny Rose Ross and physician Dr. Kia Lanaman co-founded the practice. The idea grew out of Ross's childhood experience with fragmented, poorly coordinated health care, and it shaped an approach built around bringing different kinds of professionals together instead of leaving clients to navigate separate, disconnected providers on their own.

Most of the team are registered social workers and psychotherapists who provide counselling for anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting or autism support, using approaches such as CBT and EMDR. Alongside them, Silvianna Muscedere, an Ontario lawyer called to the bar in 2016, handles wills, powers of attorney, contract review, notarization, and worker's compensation claims for injured workers. Muscedere holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and an honours degree in criminology from the University of York.
