About Zhuyu
Zhuyu (Daniel) Cui is the founder of DC Law. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and worked at other Ontario law firms before founding DC Law. He focuses on corporate and commercial law, particularly private mergers and acquisitions.
