About Yves

Yves Laperrière is a graduate of Université Laval and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1978. He pleads before all civil courts, focusing on civil law, civil liability, construction law (including hidden defects), corporate law and commercial law, and has been involved in major files including the Marcil class action against 68 school boards. He has also served in various community roles, including as board chair of the Académie de danse du Saguenay since 2007.
