About Daniel

Daniel Côté holds a college diploma in human sciences from Cégep de Jonquière and a law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke, and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1976. He was a lecturer at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi teaching secured transactions and environmental law, and today concentrates his practice on civil and commercial litigation, civil liability, real estate, corporate and construction law, and, more recently, Indigenous law. He is active on several charitable, business and recreational boards in the Saguenay community.
