About William

William I. Marks graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School in 1991 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993. His practice focused on corporate and commercial law, including the purchase and sale of privately held businesses, corporate reorganization, commercial contracts, employment law, and wills and estates, and he was also a licensed trademark agent. He practiced with the firm until his death in 2020.
