Vismay H. Merja
Vismay H. Merja is litigation counsel at UL Lawyers, representing clients in personal injury claims, insurance coverage disputes, long-term disability denials, employment litigation, and complex civil actions across Ontario. He has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Superior Court of Justice, and handles catastrophic impairment and Accident Benefits (SABS) disputes. He holds an LL.B from the London School of Economics and acts as independent counsel.
