Founder at Pelorus Law Corporation
Travis Cramb is the founder of Pelorus Law Corporation. He began his legal career as a senior associate at Bull Housser & Tupper LLP, advising mid-market businesses in British Columbia and working on transactions for private equity firms and family offices ranging from about $25 million to $500 million. He later served as Director, Legal at Ballard Power Systems Inc., where he led acquisitions and divestitures and negotiated commercial contracts, including the sale of Ballard Unmanned Systems to Honeywell. Travis holds a combined JD/MBA from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Victoria. He is also a Chartered Corporate Secretary, a designation earned through the Corporate Governance Institute of Canada in 2021. He founded Pelorus Law after seeing that many small and medium sized businesses needed in-house style legal support but could not afford a lawyer on staff full-time.
