About Tiffany
Tiffany Franklin is an estate litigator who works with executors, beneficiaries and other family members to resolve contested probate applications, will challenges, and relief and support claims, as well as estate planning, adult guardianship and trusteeship matters, and shareholder disputes. She has represented clients before the Court of Appeal of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and the Provincial Court of Alberta, and has assisted with matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. She practised law for 15 years with leading Calgary firms before returning to her hometown of Lethbridge. She earned her Trust and Estate Practitioner designation from STEP in 2023.
