About Thelma
Thelma Zindoga is the founder and counsel of Greyston Law Corporation, a boutique employment law firm in Vancouver, BC. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2018 and earned her LL.B. from the University of Cape Town in 2006, later completing a Certificate of Qualification through the National Committee on Accreditation. Before founding Greyston Law, she practised at Lawson Lundell LLP, Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, McMillan LLP, and Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. Her practice covers recruitment, job offers and separations, workplace investigations, wrongful dismissal claims, human rights, occupational health and safety, employee privacy, and strategic planning during business transactions. She has been recognized in the Chambers Canada Legal Guide and named to The Best Lawyers in Canada: Ones to Watch for employment and labour law.
