About Susan
Susan N. Peel has practised law in Lindsay, Ontario since 1992 and now focuses exclusively on family law. She helps clients understand the law, identify their options, and negotiate resolutions to separation and divorce, drawing on more than 30 years of experience. For over twenty years she represented children in Family Court and Child Welfare Court through the Office of the Children's Lawyer at the Ministry of the Attorney General. Her approach centers on meeting children's needs and helping parents build parenting plans that support children after separation. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Family Mediators, the Ontario Association of Collaborative Professionals and Kawartha Collaborative Practice, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Victoria Haliburton Law Association.
