About Stewart

Stewart Daroux was born in London, England and raised in and around Calgary, Alberta. He completed a Business degree at the University of Calgary and worked as a Cost Control Analyst and Project Manager with Gulf Canada Resources, attaining the final level of a Certified Management Accounting designation, before earning his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Victoria. He began his legal career in Calgary before relocating with his family to Cranbrook in 1990, and has since expanded his practice to the West Kootenays, where he now resides in Rossland. He is an elected representative for the Kootenays with the Canadian Bar Association and a past member of the Board of Governors of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC.
