About Stephen
Stephen Taran holds an Honours Business Administration degree and an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario. He articled at McCarthy Tetrault in London and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997. Taran founded Taran Virtual Associates, a legal process outsourcing network connecting law firms and in-house counsel with contract lawyers across Canada for court appearances, discoveries, drafting, and research. The company has supported the practices of more than 1,300 lawyers over 25 years. Taran served as President of the Middlesex Law Association and sits on the boards of several charitable organizations, and he has spoken at CLE events on law practice management and civil litigation.
