Stephen Miller is a senior lawyer with more than 30 years of experience serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout Burnaby and the greater Lower Mainland. He's known for practical, straightforward legal advice and a proactive approach that helps clients avoid disputes before they arise. A significant part of his practice involves estate and incapacity matters; he's regularly appointed as an interim administrator on estates, managing assets and addressing urgent legal and financial issues during periods of uncertainty or conflict. He continues to make house and hospital calls and frequently lectures on estate planning for seniors and small business owners. Miller earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 1989 and his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1992, and he was called to the British Columbia Bar in May 1993.
