About Stephen

Stephen Kirby joined MacDonald & Partners as an associate in 2016 following a judicial clerkship with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He completed a dual J.D. program between the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, is admitted to practice in both Ontario and New York, and co-authored the Family Law Litigation Handbook.
