Stephen Fernandes is an Associate at Brown Beattie O'Donovan LLP practising real estate, wills and estates, and corporate/commercial law, with particular experience in condominium matters. Fernandes articled at a real estate and land development firm in Vaughan before 2022 Ontario bar admission and represented Western Law as a researcher at the 2021 Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot. Fernandes received the Law Society of Ontario Prize for ranking in the top fifteen of the graduating class and is a London, Ontario native.
