About Stephanie

Stephanie Oleksyn was born and raised in a small town in central Alberta and moved to Edmonton for university, completing both a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and her law degree at the University of Alberta. She articled and began practising with a criminal defence firm in Edmonton before moving to Cold Lake in 2010 to take over the criminal practice at Todd & Drake. She has since practised predominantly in criminal law, with courtroom experience in all levels of court in Alberta and Saskatchewan, and has expanded into civil litigation and family law. Stephanie is a member of the Law Societies of Alberta and Saskatchewan and the Criminal Trial Lawyers' Association, and chairs the Board of Directors of the Lakeland Centre for FASD.
