Stacey Fletcher

About Stacey

Stacey Fletcher has practised law in Powell River since 2001 and has been with Villani & Company since 2009. She focuses on family law, including mediation, and has extensive courtroom experience representing clients in both Provincial and Supreme Court over more than two decades. In 2008 she became a Certified Family Law Mediator, having come to believe that mediation often serves family law clients better than litigation, and she works to resolve matters by agreement where possible. She is an active member of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC and has been involved with the local Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Kiwanis Society, and the Powell River Sustainability Committee.
